senior and intermediate data analyst
within our dynamic data and analytics team, in both roles, you will collaborate with key business leaders and cross-functional groups- both technical and non-technical—to unlock powerful data insights and build data products.

What You'll Do
- Provide decision support, conduct problem research, explore hidden insights, design metrics that matter, and tell compelling data stories that drive actionable recommendations for business operations and product roadmaps.
- Lead strategic projects and address complex business challenges using descriptive and predictive analytics, data automation, business intelligence, opportunity analysis, machine learning, forecasting, or simulations.
- Design and implement experiments to assess the impact of technological and operational changes shaping tomorrow's customer experience.
- Build and maintain reporting tools and machine learning models, enabling scalable and repeatable self-serve delivery of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive insights for business and technology stakeholders.
- Be a trusted advisor, identifying new analytics opportunities that can alleviate our business to new heights.
- Help grow, mentor and advance data analysts through community of practices, learn and share training, peer reviews and brainstorm sessions.
What We're Looking For
- (4+ senior, 2+ intermediate) years of experience working in data & analytics, applying critical thinking and focusing on delivery of descriptive/diagnostic and predictive insights, experiment design, and creating data products and reports in a retail environment.
- (Senior position) Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project management skills, experience leading and executing large complex analytics initiatives with high business impact.
- Proficiency in applying data quantitative methods including advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, data storytelling and ability to clearly and concisely present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and senior executives.
- Self-starting and initiative taking skills, ability to work independently, influence others and drive results in complex and fast-paced environments.
- (Practical for intermediate, advanced for senior) proficiency with SQL (including query optimization), Power BI (Data Modeling & Transformation, Dax, M, dashboard UX design) and Python (Data Wrangling, Data Analysis, API, ETLs, Machine Learning /ML, Automation).

$95, $105,000.00
Intermediate role base salary range: $83,000 - $88,000
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
