The Role:

The Channel Operations - PSO Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with building/home owners, Builders, Boards of Directors, on-site Property Managers and others, from the pre-construction phase through well beyond occupancy

Reporting to the Manager – Partnership Sales, the successful candidate will be part of a team of enthusiastic, well organized professionals who have a knack for high-level relationship management and being a single-point-of-contact, while uncovering and strengthening opportunities for our sales teams to present services to all prospective residents

This position is for an existing vacancy within our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the team in such a way that it can meet or exceed targetsRepresent our client Bell within the residential market to Builders, Property Management companies and Sales and Décor CentersOngoing communication and regular site visits within assigned territoryThorough executional management of sales and marketing activitiesBuild a reputation as a strategic partner for clients by creating value added programs through customer focused orientationProvide a regular and formalized stream of project specific competitive intelligence

Critical Competencies:

Exceptional relationship management skills including active listening, problem solving, creative thinking and regular client communicationEffective planning, organizational and time management skillsAbility to identify and qualify opportunities for new businessExperience in referral and lead generation programsComfortable executing tasks independentlyCapability to develop strong relationships and negotiate with key industry contacts

Working Conditions:

This position requires being on the road to meet with key contactsTravel within assigned territory 25% of the timeMust own a vehicle in good conditionMust have a valid driver's license

You will benefit from:
