Position Summary:

The Automotive Services Salesperson plays a key role in connecting customers with the services their vehicles need. This individual will assess customer needs, explain maintenance and repair options, and provide proactive solutions to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for generating sales, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Needs Assessment:

Engage with customers to identify vehicle issues and service requirements; recommend appropriate services and solutions.

  • Service Promotion:

Clearly communicate the benefits of maintenance services, repairs, and upgrades to promote informed decision-making.

  • Quoting & Scheduling:

Provide accurate cost estimates and manage service appointment scheduling efficiently.

  • Sales & Upselling:

Present and sell service packages, Factory service maintenance and additional parts, and accessories to enhance vehicle performance and increase customer value.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Product Knowledge:

Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, services, and industry best practices.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with service technicians and internal staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Post-Service Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls or communications to confirm service satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or service advising preferred
  • Previous automotive sales, Door-to- Door or cold sale experience an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance services
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with service management or CRM software is a plus
