Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote products effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Manage time efficiently to assist multiple customers during busy periods
  • Support store operations by performing cashier duties, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills (e.g., English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product information and build rapport with customers
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques will be advantageous
  • Ability to work well within a team while independently managing customer interactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
