Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products and services.
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Support clients by offering tailored solutions that meet their needs while upselling relevant products or services when appropriate.
  • Handle cash transactions securely and accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality through analysis of customer feedback and call metrics.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools to streamline workflows.
  • Demonstrate strong analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements for enhanced client support.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to create positive customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in sales or client services is beneficial but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is key
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure.
