Required Skills:
• Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

• We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead cloud infrastructure operations with a strong focus on Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments.
• The role involves managing service delivery, driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and handling customer escalations.
• Candidate must have proven experience in ITIL-based service management, incident change governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Strong leadership and customer-facing skills are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Service Delivery Manager experience in leading/managing/governing IT Infrastructure Support hosted in Cloud with a strong focus on Azure VMware Solution (AVS), MS SQL Databases, NetApp Storage in Cloud and Network Routing/Switching, Load Balancing, and Firewalls(Palo Alto).
• The role is Single Point of Contact for Client's IT leadership, Driving major incidents, managing service delivery, driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and handling customer escalations.
• Candidate must have proven experience in ITIL-based service management incident/change governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Strong leadership and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Availability to lead the business impacting incidents and escalations during non-business hours.
• Experience in leading the multi-cultural team based in Canada and India.
