We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering practices.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of products.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous.
  • Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhanced customer interaction.
