Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen sense of organization, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as they will enhance our customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering practices.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of products.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous.
  • Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhanced customer interaction.
