Client Service Representative (CSR)
who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — supporting our clients, dealers, and internal teams with exceptional care and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

  • Be a trusted point of contact for clients and dealers regarding orders, products, shipping, and warranties.
  • Support onboarding for new dealers — ensuring their setup and training go smoothly.
  • Manage administrative tasks like order tracking, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and help identify ways to make our service even better.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • A friendly, proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
