About the Role

EastCann is currently seeking a full-time Packaging Technician (NOC 95109, TEER 5) to accurately and efficiently complete the packaging of cannabis.

Hours of work: 3pm-11pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for packaging product in a timely manner
  • Ensure waste removal meets all state regulatory compliance
  • Ensure packing meets all company compliance
  • Facility sanitation and microbial prevention

What You Bring

  • Must be 19+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to and from the facility
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Site Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, or walking for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, odours, extreme temperatures, and water.
  • Comfortable wearing full personal protective equipment while on the production floor.
