Job Opportunity: Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate at New Steel, you will:

  • Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their questions and needs.
  • Provide product recommendations and explain our wide selection of body jewelry.
  • Restock merchandise and keep the store organized.
  • Work as a team to maintain an inviting and clean store atmosphere.
  • Handle sales transactions and ensure an efficient checkout process.
  • Report sold-out items to the manager monthly.

Training:

We provide comprehensive paid training that includes hands-on shifts and a detailed training booklet. You'll gain knowledge of our products, customer service tips, and sales techniques. We will support you until you feel confident in your role.
