Job Title: Barista Cashier

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, as well as handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. These positions are needed:

1-full-time Monday to friday evening position from 2pm - 9:30pm

2- Weekends Saturday & Sunday daytime or afternoon

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages according to customer preferences
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and answering their questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Assist with other tasks as needed mainly restocking and closure of the coffe shop at night

Requirements:

  • 3 year minimum experience in the field of coffee
  • Previous experience as a barista and cashier preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and techniques
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures

Nous recherchons un barista caissier amical et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe. Nous recherchons des candidats pour les poste ci-dessous:

1-du Lundi au Vendredi de soiree et l'horaire est de 14:00 a 21:30 heure.

2-FIn de semaine jour et apres-midi

Responsabilités:

  • Préparer et servir des boissons à base de café et d'autres boissons selon les préférences des clients
  • Traiter les transactions en espèces avec précision et efficacité
  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, y compris saluer les clients et répondre à leurs questions
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
  • Suivre les directives de santé et de sécurité
  • Aider à d'autres tâches au besoin

Exigences:

  • un minimum de 3 ans d'experience dans le domaine du cafe
  • Expérience antérieure en tant que barista et caissier préférée
  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide
  • Volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter à de nouvelles procédures et techniques
  • Disponibilité pour travailler des horaires flexibles, y compris les fins de semaine et les jours fériés
  • Compétences de base en mathématiques et familiarité avec les procédures de manipulation de l'argent comptant
