What You'll Do:

  • Manage and respond to 100+ internet leads per month with speed and professionalism.
  • Follow the sales process and ensure top teir follow up with clients.
  • Book appointments and send personalized video walkarounds to prospective customers.
  • Work remote deals from start to finish, ensuring a seamless digital buying experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up to build trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress and performance.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction with industry leading CSI/NPS scores.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in automotive sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, video tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • A high performer who wants to facilitate the sale of 20+ vehicles per month

Compensation & Benefits:
