The Opportunity
The Adventure Group's (TAG) mission is to create spectacular experiences for people that lead to moments of personal growth. Providing a high level of guest service, professionalism and safety, the Village Shuttle Driver - Class 4 is integral in ensuring our guests are transported safely between the village and our Cougar Mountain base. This role required a Class 4 unrestricted license

What You Bring to the Table
- Valid Class 4 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills—friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Passion for Whistler and creating amazing experiences.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong time-keeping skills
- Knowledge of vehicle safety protocols and pre-trip inspections.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
Your Days Will Look Like
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm—be the first impression of TAG
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable shuttle experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the shuttle bus at all times.
- Monitor fuel and fluid levels, ensuring vehicles are ready to go.
- Report potential vehicle issues to Management promptly.
- Communicate professionally with Dispatch, Guest Services, and Operations via radio and in person.
- Conduct G-wheel and drive reviews on return trips.
- Share information with guests about the trip and answer any questions.
- Create meaningful connections with guests, drive reviews, and cross promoting Gibbons venues
- Assist with additional tasks as needed—at TAG, we work together to get things done
