About the Role:

We're looking for an installer who specializes in new construction HVAC installations — primarily residential homes. You'll be responsible for laying out and installing ductwork, fittings, and equipment according to plans and specs.

What You'll Do:

  • Install sheet metal duct systems for new residential builds
  • Work from blueprints and design layouts
  • Ensure all installations meet code and safety standards
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
  • Maintain a clean, professional work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred)
  • Knowledge of ductwork, ventilation systems, and HVAC components
  • Ability to read blueprints and use basic hand/power tools
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • G2 Gas License or 313D/313A certification (an asset)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
