What You'll Do:

You'll be the administrative backbone of the Service Department, ensuring every repair order, warranty claim, and customer interaction is handled with excellence.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Service customers, delivering clear communication and seamless scheduling
  • Accurately open, update, and close repair orders with exceptional attention to detail
  • Manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer requirements
  • Prepare, document, submit, and track warranty claims to completion
  • Collaborate closely with Technicians, Advisors, and Management to maintain efficiency and accuracy
  • Support daily Service operations with administrative tasks and workflow coordination
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction
Who We're Looking For:
  • Exceptionally organized with strong administrative and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Strong communicator who works well across departments
  • Automotive Service or Warranty experience is an asset
  • Valid Driver's License & acceptable Driver's Abstract
  • Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and raises the bar
