Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

  • Assist in meal preparation and presentation to ensure an appealing dining experience
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Handle food safely, following all health guidelines to prevent contamination
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Participate in regular training on food handling and safety practices

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential
  • Skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving are highly valued
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
