The Opportunity:

We're searching for a Culture & Talent Co-op who's ready to jump in and help shape the future of our people experience. If you're curious, proactive, and excited by the idea of growing with a fast-paced start-up, this is for you. You'll get hands-on exposure to what HR really looks like while supporting our mission to electrify homes across North America.

What You Will Do:

  • Support and champion smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences by assisting with the administration of these tasks.
  • Keep HR records and employee files organized and accurate.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment—from posting roles to scheduling interviews and helping with pre-screens.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table for employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with policy rollouts, internal communication, and other strategic HR projects.
  • Gain exposure to HR policy and compliance in both Canada and the United States, helping us ensure we operate responsibly across regions.

What You Bring:

  • A student or recent graduate in HR, business, psychology, or related field
  • A genuine interest in HR, people experience, and organizational culture
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and verbal/written English.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
  • Tech-savvy mindset and comfort learning new tools/platforms. Interest and experience with AI tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfort in a fast-paced or changing environment

Job Type: 4-month contract, with possibility for extension

Pay: $20 per hour

Work Location: In person - Kitchener
