We are currently looking for a Revenue & Guest Relations Manager to join our well-known restaurants.

Job Role

  • Lead and manage the reservations and CRM strategy across our group of upscale restaurants
  • Oversee table bookings, guest data capture and team coordination to ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Maximize seating efficiency, guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities using reservation tools
  • Handle VIP reservations, group bookings and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
  • Drive CRM initiatives, leveraging guest insights to support loyalty, personalised service and marketing campaigns
  • Train and support Head Hostesses to ensure consistent service standards and correct reservation procedures
  • Manage and mentor the reservations team, ensuring high standards of service and communication

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in reservations, CRM or guest relations within luxury hospitality or upscale dining
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with SevenRooms
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to generate and act on guest insights and trends
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented especially in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
