We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow inbound leads through search, local visibility, and performance marketing.
This role is focused on lead generation, not brand fluff. You will be working with Google Ads, SEO, landing pages, and Google Business Profile to improve call volume and inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate has real experience executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing for better results.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys testing, improving, and seeing direct impact from their work.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (primarily Search)
Perform keyword research, ad copy testing, budget optimization, and conversion tracking
Build, improve, and test landing pages with a focus on conversion (calls & form leads)
Execute SEO fundamentals, including:
On-page optimization
Service and location pages
Internal linking and basic technical SEO
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB):
Categories, services, photos, posts, reviews
Improve local rankings and map visibility
Monitor performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and call tracking
Improve lead quality by aligning keywords, ads, landing pages, and intent
Assist with email outreach or follow-up campaigns where applicable
Identify opportunities to increase inbound leads through search and local visibility
Test, analyze, and optimize based on real data (not guesswork)
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Working knowledge of SEO (on-page + local)
Experience managing or optimizing Google Business Profiles
Understanding of how landing pages and conversion tracking work
Comfortable analyzing data and making improvements
Able to work independently and take ownership of results
Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new strategies
Important Note
This role is not focused on graphic design or social media content creation.
Applicants should have hands-on experience generating leads through Google Ads, SEO, and local search.
