WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Stock Supervisor will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will check all incoming and outgoing inventory and needs of the stockroom.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set the example of operational excellence by following policies and procedures, while elevating the standards through proper usage of the proper tools and equipment.
- Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Retail Operations about the general conditions of the store and stockroom
- Help manage the operational aspects of the store, including monthly cycle counts, mid and full year inventory, follow up of the operational routines and monitoring Store-to-Store transfers ensuring accuracy and maintaining high quality of execution
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
- Process damages to company standard on a monthly basis
- Support the sales team with several tasks including running sizes, assisting on cash register, and advising on stock availability
- Work alongside the Store Manager to ensure stock and monetary shrinkage is kept to a minimum and within
- Manage stock and optimize the organization of the back office
- Perform all shipping/ receiving tasks in efficient and timely manner: check the incoming merchandise for quality and quantity of packages.
- Prepare, organize, and participate in inventories and analysis of results
- Complete all SOF fulfilment in a timely manner
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a stock position, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Highly organized, rigorous and reliable, proactive and able to organize the work of the team and to anticipate needs
- Proficient with Word/ Excel / IT tools
