Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and organized. This role is vital to supporting our food service operations and providing a seamless dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure sanitation standards are met at all times
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures according to company policies
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Skills

  • Experience in cleaning, food handling, or food service environments preferred
  • Knowledge of restaurant or hotel kitchen operations is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of food preparation and cooking processes is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a hospitality setting
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and uphold sanitation standards
