sectors. We need a seasoned expert who understands the labyrinth of government procurement and knows how to position our technology solutions as the only logical choice.

The Role

You will be the lead architect of our response strategy. This isn't about filling in templates; it's about crafting a narrative that speaks to technical requirements, compliance standards, and the unique nuances of government stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-End RFP Management:
    Leading the charge from initial discovery and "Go/No-Go" analysis to final submission.
  • Technical Storytelling:
    Translating complex web and app development workflows (Agile, DevSecOps, API integrations) into compelling, easy-to-digest proposals.
  • Compliance Mastery:
    Ensuring every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed. You should have a sixth sense for spotting hidden requirements in 100-page solicitation documents.
  • Strategic Positioning:
    Analyzing "Randy's Proposals" and similar competitive benchmarks to ensure our bids are sharper, more innovative, and more cost-effective.

Your Credentials

  • The "Extreme" Experience:
    You must have a proven track record of winning state, local, or federal government contracts specifically in the
    Technology/Software
    space.
  • Tech-Fluent:
    You understand the difference between a monolithic and microservices architecture and can write about it convincingly.
  • Precision Under Pressure:
    You thrive on hard deadlines and have a zero-tolerance policy for typos or missed requirements.
  • Strategic Thinker:
    You don't just answer the questions asked; you anticipate the evaluator's concerns and address them head-on.
