As a Manager (Multi Site), you will oversee multiple clinic locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director, you will leverage your core skills in management, team leadership, and sales to drive performance across sites. Your premium skills in negotiation will be essential in building a strong team and managing payroll effectively. With relevant expertise in marketing and organizational skills, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall patient experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of patient service
  • Manage inventory and purchasing processes, including pricing strategies and merchandising efforts.
  • Supervise and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Handle payroll and recruitment activities, while maintaining effective communication with staff.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to enhance vendor relationships and optimize purchasing decisions.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
