Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting our products and services effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about bikes and skis to contribute to the growth of our company and these sports in our region.

Duties

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Present product features and benefits clearly to prospective buyers
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts or referrals
  • Assist in completing online sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve sales strategies
  • Cash management.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
  • Ability to understand and explain product features clearly
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with Lightspeed Retail is a bonus.

This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
