- Participate in regular meetings or cross-functional teams to address issues, implement process improvements, and drive continuous optimization of demand and supply planning processes;
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels to evaluate the effectiveness of demand and supply planning activities;
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and responsiveness within the supply chain;
- Mentor junior planners, providing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, strategic sourcing, and supplier development initiatives;
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, driving innovation and implementing process enhancements to stay ahead of evolving market dynamics and customer needs;
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on demand forecasting, inventory performance, and supply chain metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders;
