Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role involves preparing and cooking delicious pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This also includes indian/punjabi food The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and experience in the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
  • Cook pizzas and other menu items using proper techniques and equipment
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and work stations
  • Assist in meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service
  • Serve customers at the counter or take-out window with professionalism and friendliness
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of the food industry and meal preparation processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
  • MUST be able to prepare and cook indian specialities or be willing to learn.
