What You'll Be Contributing: 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical Project Managers while remaining hands-on in guiding complex onboarding, NPI, and change management (CR/ECO) work;
• Streamline and standardize project management processes, tools, and workflows, owning both the strategy and the day-to-day implementation;
• Drive cross-functional alignment by working directly with Engineering/Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Success to remove barriers ;
• Apply strong technical understanding of the software, services, and products to support tactical problem-solving and to guide project decisions in real time;
• Oversee and actively manage Jira and Confluence structures, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, gating, and reporting;
• Build, update, and present Power BI dashboards to senior leadership, converting technical and operational data into clear insights and recommendations;
• Support and review project plans, NPI readiness gates, and CR/ECO impact assessments, participating directly in planning where needed;
• Communicate risks, issues, and dependencies early and clearly while fostering strong collaboration, responsiveness, and practical problem-solving across department.

What Sets You Apart: 

• Excellent strategic thinking and above-average communication skills, with the ability to align teams and drive clarity across technical and operational environments;
• Bachelor or master's degree in project management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience managing technical projects, people, and processes, with the ability to step into a senior role and contribute quickly;
• Strong technical understanding of software, services, and/or hardware products to support real-world decision-making and hands-on guidance to the project management team;
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for structuring workflows, documentation, reporting, and project governance;
• Strong ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear executive visibility into performance, risks, and operational readiness;
• Fluency in English required; French is an asset depending on location;
• Experience in manufacturing, technical delivery, engineering change (CR/ECO), or NPI is an asset;
• This position may require up to 10-25 percent international travel. Valid travel documentation is required.
