The ideal candidates must have experience working with scaffolding structures and possess a valid Fall Protection ticket due to the nature of working at heights. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company and advance your career in construction.Perks/Benefits of M3 Staffing:Weekly pay (via eTransfer).Competitive wages with opportunities for wage growth.Health & dental benefits offered after a probationary period.Full-time or part-time hours (depending on client needs), offering flexibility that fits your schedule.Paid training to help you develop additional skills and advance your careerResponsibilities:Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding as per safety standards.Perform heavy lifting, moving scaffolding materials to different areas of the site.Ensure scaffolding is safe and secure for workers operating at heights.Assist with general site clean-up and organization.Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment and materials.Support skilled tradesmen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.Work in compliance with site safety procedures and guidelines, especially with regards to fall protection.Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.Qualifications & Must-Haves:Solid understanding of construction and scaffolding processes. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.Strong awareness of safety protocols, especially regarding insulation handling.Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 25 lbs.Own personal protective equipment: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots.Good communication and teamwork skills.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Nice to Haves (But Not Required):Valid Fall Protection Ticket (mandatory).Previous scaffolding or construction experience is an asset.Ability to work at heights safely.Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.Knowledge of safe scaffold assembly and dismantling processes.Familiarity with construction tools and materials.Thank you for applyingTo submit an application, please click the following link. ---> M3 Staffing is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment for our team.
