About Us

Kemptville Lifestyles is part of The Lifestyles Group of Companies, known for developing and managing high-quality seniors' housing and luxury rental communities across Eastern Ontario. Our newest project in Kemptville is a 63-unit purpose-built luxury apartment designed for comfort, elegance, and community living.

We're looking for a hands-on, dependable, and personable Live-In Site Superintendent to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the building and common areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, life safety equipment, and units.
  • Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized property environment.
  • Support resident move-ins and move-outs (including suite inspections).
  • Represent Kemptville Lifestyles professionally, providing friendly and respectful service to all residents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a building superintendent, maintenance technician, or equivalent role.
  • Strong mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general repair knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy for logging maintenance and tenant communication.
  • Must reside on-site (suite provided as part of compensation).
