EastGen is looking for a passionate and motivated Finance Operations Intern to assist our finance team from January 2026 – April 2026.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Gather, analyze, and streamline existing financial processes
  • Develop SOPs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Identify gaps, risks, and controls
  • Ensure compliance so that all procedures adhere to necessary standards

Who you are:

A proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented early career professional who takes initiative and consistently follows through on your commitments. You maintain a curious mindset and are dedicated to delivering thorough and analytical work. Ideally you will bring the following skills and abilities to this role:

  • Be working towards a degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Process, operational thinking
  • Knowledge of finance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timelines
