Are you interested in working cross-functionally with executives, project teams, and external legal counsel to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and contribute to business decision-making? As the first point of contact for legal and contract matters, this is a proactive and detail-oriented legal position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do

- Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and internal teams on risk assessments and incident response.
- Lead the contract lifecycle process: negotiation, execution, renewals, and tracking obligations.
- Manage legal and contracts inboxes, ensuring timely triage and resolution.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in a paralegal/legal admin role.
- Deep knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance.
- Proven track record of excellent communication, organization and critical thinking skills, along with project-juggling skills.
- Experience with tools like SEDAR, TSX Linx, or CORES.
- Registration with AAPP or Governance Professionals of Canada is a plus.
Why Join Us?
- Work with a high-performing, collaborative team that values transparency and innovation.
- Direct impact on strategic decisions and corporate integrity.
- Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
If you're a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional ready to step into a strategic role, we'd love to hear from you. Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their qualifications and interest in the role. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
