Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Toronto, ON, for a Stage Experience Lead. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of in-store events and promotional experiences, collaborating with the store leadership team to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing event schedules, training team members on customer engagement, meeting sales goals, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. You will also ensure a customer-first experience, supporting the team in delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, team coordination, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of or passion for beauty products, makeup, skincare, and related categories
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Experience in managing sales goals and delivering measurable results
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience is a plus
