Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Morning Opening Member to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth start to our operations each day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation and handling within the food industry
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is preferred
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus, including serving and cashiering roles
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
