We are looking for a software sales development professional that is ready to embark on our mission of making machines understand humans. This exciting journey begins with engaging conversations with our leads, currently leveraging the Botpress Community edition, and bringing them to the Enterprise edition. As a fast-growing VC-backed startup, the potential for an ambitious professional is limitless.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Outreach and qualify leads to fill the sales pipeline
  • Scheduling product demonstrations and technical sessions with our Sales Executives in order to review questions and feasibility
  • Rapidly learning the Botpress product and having a sufficient depth of technical knowledge to sustain high level conversations with outbound leads prior to Pre-Sales calls
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Thoroughly documenting all communications within the Botpress CRM and other supporting systems
  • Maintain exemplary KPI attainment both in Sales activities and ARR quota attainment

Sales Development Representative Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track-record of success
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter personality
  • Solid experience with remote sales and supporting technology
  • Exemplary discipline and reliability
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with an ability to maintain conversations with C-Level executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup is a must
  • Experience selling on-premise software is a plus
