Summary

We're on the lookout for a Sales Associate to join our Flamingo+ crew at our Regent location. This isn't just about selling products, it's about creating memorable connections with customers and helping them feel confident in their choices. If you thrive in a positive, fast-moving environment and enjoy learning about the latest cannabis trends, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Provide personalized recommendations and product education
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy
  • Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, clean & fresh
  • Share product knowledge through engaging conversations
  • Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment
  • Stay current with new arrivals and promotions

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of retail or customer service experience (Preferred)
  • SmartChoice certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
  • Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passion for cannabis & vapes is a big plus
  • 19+ Requirement
