Service Advisor

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for service customers from check-in to vehicle delivery
  • Build trust with customers by clearly explaining service recommendations and repair needs
  • Maximize repair order value through ethical, needs-based selling
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, estimates, and documentation
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with dealership standards

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a proven ability to sell service based on value, not pressure
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customers at once
  • PBS experience is considered a strong asset, but not required
  • Team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow personally and financially
