Our client is a leading Developer/Owner with an excellent reputation for constructing luxury high-rise projects. With the desire to control quality and continue to successfully build landmark buildings, they are developing an in-house construction arm. For this new team, they are looking for an experienced residential high-rise Project Manager that will have a pivotal role in developing a strong team, as well as implementing processes and procedures to ensure the flow of high-rise projects run effeciently with quality top of mind, ultimately completing luxury residential high-rise projects you can be proud of.
