Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for women and families experiencing challenges such as:
• Perinatal mental health concerns (birth trauma, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss)
• Anxiety, depression, grief, anger, overwhelm, and identity shifts such as perimenopause/menopause challenges
• Relationship and parenting challenges
• Option to integrate additional specialties such as couples therapy, trauma, child/youth therapy, or family work
• Offer therapy in-person, virtually, or as walk-and-talk sessions
• Maintain professional, ethical standards including documentation, billing, and supervision

Qualifications

• MSW Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy
• Professional liability insurance
• Experience or training in perinatal mental health and trauma-informed care
• EMDR, IFS, ART, Brainspotting, or other body-based therapeutic approaches strongly preferred
• Expertise in one or more modalities (ACT, EFT, DBT, CBT, Gottman, Emotion-Focused Therapy)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing therapy independently and collaboratively
• Flexible availability including at least one evening per week or weekend day
• Access to a private workspace and reliable technology for virtual sessions
• Commitment to professional ethics, documentation, and outside clinical supervision

Pay: $102.00-$108.00 per hour
