About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technician with 2–3 years of industry experience to join our drafting and design team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in CAD, Revit, and BIM, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting modular and residential projects.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and BIM components.
  • Produce modular building shop drawings aligned with internal standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with senior staff, project managers, and production to resolve design questions.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and adhere to drafting processes.
  • Conduct basic code research (OBC, CSA‑A277, QAI).

What You Bring

  • Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • 2–3 years of architectural drafting or similar experience.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required).
  • Experience with BIM workflows.
  • Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code.
  • BCIN is an asset but not required.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
