Are you passionate about ATVs, side-by-sides, and the powersports industry? We're looking for a knowledgeable and motivated ATV Parts Person to join our team full time.

Wage: $22.00/hour + Commission on Parts Sales

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts inquiries and purchases
  • Answer phones and respond promptly to internet inquiries
  • Enter new inventory and remove sold or discontinued items from our online system
  • Receive and stock parts on shelves, maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-presented
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to help customers find what they need
  • Perform general shop duties as required to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of ATVs and side-by-sides (brands, parts, and accessories)
  • Computer experience and ability to learn inventory and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous retail or parts counter experience is an asset but not required
