Oscardo was established nearly 40 years ago. Today, we are Canada's largest Indigenous-owned supplier of souvenirs and giftware, apparel, accessories, jewellery, and home products.
We collaborate with Indigenous and Canadian artists, featuring Oscardo products with their iconic artwork and paying royalties for every item sold.
As an Indigenous-owned company, we take our business personally, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager to join our team.
The E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Oscardo's online sales to final consumers across multiple digital channels, including the Oscardo website and various marketplaces. You will contribute to the development and implementation of our digital strategy, including SEO optimization, social media communications, email marketing, and content creation. The E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager will play a key role in customer engagement, focusing on driving purchase decisions, encouraging repeat sales, building long-term loyalty, and inspiring customers to recommend Oscardo products to others.
What you'll be working on
- Online sales to retail customers through the Shopify website. Website development and optimization, including SEO, content management, and cross-linking with partners' and customers' platforms.
- Online sales and operations across Google Shop, Amazon, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
- Planning and managing online promotions, discounts, and customer interactions.
- Creating and executing content plans for social media. Producing content, including video, copywriting, collaborations with influencers.
- Online customer engagement, CRM activities, and email marketing.
- Building a strong online brand through clear and consistent communication and positive customer experience.
About you – preferred requirements for this role
- Education: BS Degree in Marketing and Digital Sales
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Experience in building online programs involving various sales channels and omnichannel communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a passion for great content
- Strong computer knowledge with solid experience in digital marketing tools (website, marketplaces, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- High level of organizational skills, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Energetic and personable with a diligent work ethic and able to work with and manage a team

Salary Range:
$70, ,000 annual salary
