We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise to lead technical delivery across engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams. This role combines agile leadership, business analysis, and project management to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution. This position serves as the central point of coordination, bridging business objectives with technical implementation and driving organizational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with technical execution, ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions that drive organizational success.
This is an in-person role at our office in Victoria, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for engineering and QA teams, facilitating daily stand-ups.
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and operations to identify pain points or goals and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Convert strategic goals into actionable plans, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and dependencies across teams and brands.
- Use Jira and other agile tools to manage workflows, track progress, and produce clear, timely reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability for delivery timelines.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, aligning expectations and fostering transparency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, driving efficiency and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in project management, technical program management, or hybrid agile delivery roles, working directly with engineers and QA teams.
- Proven experience serving as Scrum Master, including facilitating agile ceremonies and guiding engineering teams through agile delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, QA, and business units.
- Background in business analysis or requirements gathering.
- Strong ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Skilled at working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range: $75, ,000 CAD
