Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Laval, QC, for a Head Coach for U9-U12 CDC CR Teams. The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and mentoring young athletes. The Head Coach will also coordinate with assistant coaches, communicate with parents regarding the progress of the players, and ensure adherence to the club's values and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coaching youth soccer teams and knowledge of age-appropriate training techniques
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for soccer and youth development
  • Coaching certifications relevant to the age group are preferred
  • First aid certification and background in sports science are advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
