Competitive Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and candidate profile

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Financial Controller who will play a key role at both the financial and strategic levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounting systems and coordinate month-end closing procedures

· Support and supervise the accounting team across the full accounting cycle, including:

o Accounts payable

o Accounts receivable

o Payroll

o Inventory management

· Oversee the company's billing and invoicing process

· Prepare consolidated monthly and annual financial statements

· Prepare and coordinate audit files

· Monitor cash flow and produce relevant financial analyses

· Take on certain HR and administrative responsibilities

· Actively participate in the improvement, structuring, and optimization of internal processes

Candidate Profile

· Several years of experience in accounting and management

· Experience supervising a team or a strong willingness to lead a small team

· Excellent knowledge of the full accounting cycle

· High level of versatility and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

· Strong autonomy, proactivity, and initiative

· Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, positive attitude, and team spirit

· Full professional proficiency in French and English (required)

· Experience with SAP Business One (or strong willingness to learn quickly)

· Genuine interest in contributing to the growth of a dynamic SME

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA designation is an asset)

· Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Contrôleur financier qui jouera un rôle clé tant au niveau financier que stratégique.

Responsabilités principales

• Administrer les systèmes comptables et coordonner les procédures de fin de mois
• Soutenir et encadrer l'équipe comptable dans l'ensemble du cycle comptable complet :
• Comptes payables
• Comptes recevables
• Paie
• Gestion des inventaires
• Superviser le processus de facturation de l'entreprise
• Préparer les états financiers consolidés mensuels et annuels
• Préparer et coordonner les dossiers de vérification
• Assurer le suivi du cash flow et produire les analyses financières pertinentes
• Prendre en charge certaines tâches RH et administratives
• Participer activement à l'amélioration, la structuration et l'optimisation des processus internes

Profil recherché

• Plusieurs années d'expérience en comptabilité et en gestion
• Expérience en supervision d'équipe ou forte volonté d'encadrer une petite équipe
• Excellente maîtrise du cycle comptable complet
• Grande polyvalence et capacité à gérer plusieurs responsabilités simultanément
• Autonomie, proactivité et esprit d'initiative
• Très bonnes habiletés interpersonnelles : empathie, attitude positive et esprit d'équipe
• Parfaite Maitrise du Français et de langlais (obligatoire)
• Maîtrise de SAP Business One (ou ouverture à apprendre rapidement)
• Désir authentique de s'impliquer dans une PME en croissance

Exigences

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité (Un titre de CPA est un atout)
• Minimum de 7 années d'expérience pertinente
