Now Hiring: Press Operator | Markham, ON
We will provide on the job training, room to grow, attendance bonuses and gainshare.   • Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Read job orders for accurate information and ensures the crew is following special instructions.
  • Machine Maintenance.
  • Completes inks usage, viscosity, and PH forms.
  • Responsible for print sample retention.
  • Completion of product reports and Quality Assurance sheets for each job.
  • Provides direction to assistants.
  • Operate anilox cleaner and parts washer.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Prior operation of same or similar equipment preferred.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • High School level mathematics.

Physical Demands

  • The employee must frequently position or move up to pounds. Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co-worker assistance.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus as well as ability to see appropriate colors.

Shift

  • Night Shift Shift 11pm - 7am
