At Greenhouse Delight Foods, we grow, ship and sell over 100 acres of bell peppers, and more to come. We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Employee to join our growing team. Currently, we are expanding very quickly, so we're looking for our newest team member.

Job Description:

At Greenhouse Delight Foods, you will play a crucial role in supporting various packhouse operations. This is a flexible position that requires someone just as flexible, who can adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed. You must be versatile, have a natural ability for learning new computer programs, and be a very effective communicator. Our team will provide work site specific training to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately receive and ship product, properly filling out the necessary paperwork.

• Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts and report data to the Manager.

• Assist the Packhouse Manager with ordering supplies as needed.

• Loading trucks for outbound orders.

• Various duties to help the packhouse run smoothly such as monitoring for issues, troubleshooting of equipment (training provided), equipment repairs (training provided)

• General paperwork, filing, filling out basic forms, etc.

• Assist with Quality Control and perform product surveys

Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous warehouse experience

• Experience operating a forklift.

• Must work extremely well in a team environment

• Basic Microsoft office skills, accurate typing and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Must have own transportation.

Compensation: $ $22.00 / Hour based on skills and experience
