Are you an experienced HR or Workplace Relations professional ready to move from generalist duties to a specialist role focused on Industrial Relations (EA negotiations) and strategic change projects?

Our client, a high-profile ASX-listed leader in the Infrastructure and Retail sector, is seeking a driven professional to join their dedicated P&C team as the IR lead focusing on Enterprise Bargaining and business-critical change.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  1. Pure IR Specialisation: You will be instrumental in the negotiation and execution of multiple Enterprise Agreements (EAs), partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
  2. Strategic Project Leadership: Move beyond BAU case management. You will be advising on business changes, M&A activity, restructures, and infrastructure projects (terminals & ports). This is a role for someone who thrives on driving change and risk mitigation.
  3. Collaborative Infrastructure: You will integrate into a robust HR structure, partnering closely with expert Legal Counsel, ER teams, and site Business Partners. Your expertise will be centralised and valued across the organization.

  • You possess sound experience in both Employee Relations (ER) fundamentals and Industrial Relations (IR), with hands-on exposure to EA negotiation or strategy.
  • You might be a Senior HR Business Partner looking to specialise, or a Workplace Relations Specialist eager to move into in-house industrial strategy.
  • You are resilient, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of balancing legislative compliance with operational objectives.

ON OFFER

  • This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane, focused on supporting their complex industrial sites.
  • Remuneration: $150k- 180k + Super (commensurate with experience).
