Our Associate Claims Adjuster work hard to provide support to our clients and the larger Property Claims team. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation on Personal Lines damages, including theft, disappearance on jewelry, wind claims and even potential exposure to CAT claims. Along with Claims handling, they will be heavily involved with subrogation files and assist our Leaders with ad-hoc projects that arise.
They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Working in a collaborative team there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.
In other words, they're awesome. If you are too, consider joining us to support our Property Claims Department.
You're great at:
- Customer Service
- Critical Thinking and Investigating
- Time Management
You have:
- 1-3 years of Claims Adjusting experience
- Completed a Post-Secondary program
- Strong Customer Service background
- Team-first mentality
We're great at putting you first by:
- Prioritizing your well-being (Wellness Program, flexible health benefits, employee assistance)
- Promoting balance (flexible schedules, generous time off, and work from home options)
- Supporting your financial health (employee share purchase plan, pension plans, discount on staff insurance)
- Helping you grow in your career (education assistance, internal mobility)
- Caring about the community and the causes you believe in (donation matching, team volunteering)
We're committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $64,000 - $96,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We're also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn't quite match your expectations, don't let that hold you back — we'd still love to hear from you.
This is a real opportunity — we're actively hiring If the role sounds like a good fit, we encourage you to apply. Beyond base pay, we offer a robust Total Rewards program that includes benefits, wellness support, and other meaningful perks.
We also want to be transparent about our hiring process. While one of our systems includes AI capabilities, over 99% of our screening is done by real people. We believe in thoughtful, human-centered hiring decisions, and are committed to giving every application the attention it deserves.
