What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Leader, you will:

  • Champion a warm, welcoming, and consistent guest experience across all stores
  • Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members
  • Set the standard for speed, quality, tone, and communication
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy, clarity, and proactive solutions
  • Support scheduling, shift routines, and floor leadership
  • Ensure shop cleanliness, efficiency, merchandising, and product presentation
  • Create a culture of kindness, accountability, and good energy
  • Help build our reputation as the happiest doughnut experience in the region

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail leadership
  • A genuine passion for people and community
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A calm, steady presence under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings when needed
  • Bonus: Experience in cafés, bakeries, or food-service environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
