Position Overview

This position focuses exclusively on providing exceptional spa experiences through customized body therapies and expert nail care.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, has strong technical ability, and takes pride in delivering an unparalleled level of service that reflects Hammam Spa's commitment to excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality body treatments and nail services in accordance with spa protocols.
  • Deliver personalized client care with attention to detail and a focus on results.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for treatment rooms and nail stations.
  • Conduct consultations and review client health history to tailor treatments appropriately.
  • Educate guests on aftercare and recommend retail products suited to their needs.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education sessions.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a recognized Esthetics program.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience performing body and/or nail treatments (spa or hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance in accordance with spa standards.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
